Everyone is very nice and comfortable to be with. The waiting room is very pleasant. The doctor really knows her stuff and conducts the exam in a pleasant, friendly,clear and comfortable manner. The office manager is equally pleasant and comfortable to be with. He is very well informed on insurance and billing. Everything is done efficiently and comfortably. I never felt rushed or confused as to directions during the eye exam.
