Everyone is very nice and comfortable to be with. The waiting room is very pleasant. The doctor really knows her stuff and conducts the exam in a pleasant, friendly,clear and comfortable manner. The office manager is equally pleasant and comfortable to be with. He is very well informed on insurance and billing. Everything is done efficiently and comfortably. I never felt rushed or confused as to directions during the eye exam.

Dr. Harter is very personable and shows true concern for your eye health. And Wally is always so friendly and a delight as a greeter and is knowledgeable in his field too.

There is nothing or anyone here that isn’t great. I had a very thorough exam by my doctor & the atmosphere of the office is completely relaxed & enjoyable.
